1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — the threshold is shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate. If you haven't received this within 4 business days, contact us at contact@useclogs.shop.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

UseClogs is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. Reshipment fees may apply for returned parcels.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking first. If the parcel appears lost, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
